ABOUT THIS KIT
This kit contains instructions and devices for the collection of a urine sample. With it, you can collect a sample at home which is analysed in a laboratory.
After following all the instructions, send an e- mail to info@biosmart.com to notify us that the sample is ready for collection.

Our At-home Urine Collection Kit Consists of:
1 x Collector Tube & Cap with Preservative | 1 x Urine Sample Collection Device (Housing) | 1 x Biohazard Return Bag | 1 x Large Envelope
SAMPLE COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Do not urinate for at least 1 hour before collecting your sample. Do not wash your intimate zone thoroughly before urinating. First morning urine is recommended.
STEP 2
Before you start, wash your hands properly and dry with a clean towel.
STEP 3
Unscrew/open the tube cap.
STEP 4
Screw/push the collector tube onto the urine sample collection device.
STEP 5
Urinate into the device which will automatically collect the correct volume in the tube. Excess urine will flow into the toilet via the other end of the housing.
STEP 6
Disconnect the collector tube from the urine sample collection device.
STEP 7
Screw the tube cap on tightly and make sure it does not leak. Then, dispose of the urine sample collection device (housing).
STEP 8
Seal the collector tube in the biohazard bag. Return the biohazard bag to the BioSmart box and place the box inside the envelope, along with the completed form on this leaflet.
