COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED BY BIOSMART – A DIVISION OF BIOTECH AFRICA – (“SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED BY BIOSMART (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON 8 MARCH 2023 AT 00:00 AND ENDS ON 7 APRIL 2023. (“CONTEST PERIOD”).

  1. To enter, simply complete the questionnaire above.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
  4. The contest is open to legal residents of South Africa who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
  5. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
  6. This competition starts on 8 March 2023 and ends on 7 April 2023. The winner will be announced on 10 April 2023.
  7. Every valid entry will be submitted into the draw for one lucky competitor to win a comprehensive sexual health screening test (including delivery), valued at R5,000.00.
  8. The winner will be chosen at random using an online lucky draw tool. The winner will be sent an email and will have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. The winning entry will be verified.
  9. Facebook and Instagram are in no way associated with this giveaway. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entry will be verified.

  12. BioSmart reserves the right to terminate this competition without notice, should any irregularities arise. Participants will have no recourse against BioSmart, its directors or promotional agencies as a result of such termination.
