HOW?

1. Purchase this test (add to cart at the top of the page).  Note this is a virtual product and it is NOT shipped.
2. Book your sample collection at select Clicks Clinics (you don’t pay for the sample collection service) – Make sure it is a morning appointment, because the sample must be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
3. Bring the receipt for this test to your selected Clicks Clinic appointment.  A trained phlebotomist will collect your sample and send it directly to the BioSmart pathology laboratory for analysis.
4. After that, you’ll receive the results via email.

The analysis will determine the levels of:

• Pepsinogen I (PGI) & Pepsinogen II (PGII)
• Calculated PGI/PGII Ratio
• Vitamin B12
• Iron
• H. Pylori IgG

The results:

• Provide insight into stomach and gut health
• Assess the risk of gastritis and stomach ulcers
• Identify current and/or past H. pylori infection, a common cause of stomach ulcers affecting half of the world’s population
